The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings on April 13, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to hear the following:

Zoning Map Change

• Parcel K (Z1800034) is a request to change the zoning located at 2705 and 2725 East US 70 Highway, and 4709 and 4793 Leesville Road from Rural Residential (RR), Industrial (I), Industrial Park (IP) to Planned Development Residential 5.949 (PDR 5.949) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Low Density Residential, Low Medium Density Residential, and Commercial to Low-Medium Density Residential.
• Griffin Place (Z1900027) is a request to change the zoning located at 2308 East Geer Street, 2315 Ferrell Road, 2402 Carpenter Road from Rural Residential (RR), Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), Industrial Light (IL) to Planned Development Residential 5.578 (PDR 5.578) with a proposed change to the Future Land Use Map from Office, Low Density Residential, Industrial, Recreation and Open Space to Low-Medium Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space.
• 1051 Olive Branch Road (Z2000028) is a request to change the zoning located at 1051 Olive Branch Road from Rural Residential (RR) to Planned Development Residential 3.700 (PDR 3.700) with a proposed change to the Future Land Use Map from Very Low Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space to Low Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space.
