The Durham Historic Preservation Commission will hold virtual public hearings on October 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the following:

Certificates of Appropriateness

• COA2100063 (1509 Maryland Avenue) is a request for construction of a side-rear addition and screened porch.
• COA2100064 (1111 Wall Street) is a request for new construction of an accessory structure (garage + ADU) in rear yard of corner lot; addition to primary structure; driveway extension and other site work.
• COA2100067 (1108 Alabama Avenue) is a request for new construction of an accessory structure in rear yard. 
• COA2100068 (501 Washington Street) is a request for demolition of accessory structures.
