Zoning Map Change

• Ellis Road PDR Rezoning II (Z2000008) is a request to change the zoning from Commercial General with a Development Plan (CG(D)) to Planned Development Residential 18.220 (PDR 18.220) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Commercial to Medium-High Density Residential located at 2109 Ellis Road.

• U-Tower (Z2000045) is a request to change the zoning from Office & Institutional with a Development Plan (OI(D)) to Office and Institutional (OI) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Design District to Office located at 3007 Petty Road.
