The Durham City Council will hold public hearings to hear the following requests:
Annexations - 1110 Old Oxford Road (BDG2000008), 5202 Leesville Road (BDG2100009), Junction and Ferrell II (BDG2100024), Wilkinson Estates (BDG2100016); Zoning Map Changes - 1110 Old Oxford Road (Z2000009), 5202 Leesville Road (Z2100018), Wilkinson Estates (Z2100030), and Greater Love Worship Center (Z2200021).

Annexations
- 1110 Old Oxford Road (BDG2000008) located at 1110 Old Oxford Road, is a request for a voluntary non-contiguous annexation of one parcel of land totaling 4.491 acres.
- 5202 Leesville Road (BDG2100009) located at 5202 and 5214 Leesville Road, is a request for a voluntary non-contiguous annexation of two parcels of land totaling 22.055 acres.
- Junction and Ferrell II (BDG2100024) located at 2306, 2310/2312, 2314 Ferrell Road and 1310 Junction Road, is a request for a voluntary contiguous annexation of four parcels of land totaling 9.485 acres.
- Wilkinson Estates (BDG2100016) located at 1604 Olive Branch Road, is a request for a voluntary contiguous annexation of one parcel of land totaling 48.42 acres.
Zoning Map Changes
- 1110 Old Oxford Road (Z2000009) located at 1110 Old Oxford Road, is a request to change the zoning from Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), County jurisdiction, to Commercial General with a Development Plan (CG(d)), City jurisdiction.
- 5202 Leesville Road (Z2100018) located at 5202 and 5214 Leesville Road, is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR), County jurisdiction, to Planned Development Residential 5.441 (PDR 5.441), City jurisdiction.
- Wilkinson Estates (Z2100030) located at 1604 Olive Branch Road, is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR), County jurisdiction, to Planned Development Residential 3.885 (PDR 3.885), City jurisdiction.
- Greater Love Worship Center (Z2200021) located at 4700 and 4710 Old Page Road, is a request to change the zoning from Office and Institutional (OI) to Industrial Light (IL), and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Commercial to Industrial.
