Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Eagle Landing Partners, LLC

A public hearing will be held to discuss the authorization of the City Manager to execute an economic development incentive agreement with Eagle Landing Partners, LLC amount not to exceed $500,000 for an economic development project 1406 Fayetteville Street, Durham, NC. According to the agreement, the City would appropriate Eagle Landings Partner, LLC up to a total of $500,000.00 for capital improvements within the Community Development Area located at 1406 Fayetteville Street in Durham, NC.

• 418 Clayton Road (BDG2200029) is a request for a contiguous expansion of the primary corporate limits located at 418 Clayton Road. 
• L Parcel (BDG2200027) is a request for a contiguous expansion of the primary corporate limits located at 2755 US 70 Highway and 4903 Leesville Road.

Zoning Map Changes:

• L Parcel (Z2000044) change zoning from Residential Rural (RR), Industrial (I), Falls/Jordan Watershed Protection District B (F/J-B), County jurisdiction to Planned Development Residential 3.950 (PDR 3.950), Falls/Jordan Watershed Protection District B (F/J-B), City jurisdiction located at 2755 US 70 Highway and 4903 Leesville Road.

Public Participation

This meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 101 City Hall Plaza and online using the Zoom virtual meeting platform.

Registration to speak during the City Council Meeting on an agenda item must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the City Council Meeting and access will be audio only.
